The melodies radiate unease and weight, conjuring the claustrophobic mood of a suffocating futuristic bar, where disenchanted regulars are jolted by an unexpected spectacle.
The main theme, “Nobody Somewhere”, pushes ahead with relentless resolve, closing on a cautiously hopeful note that carries into the film’s end credits.

Across its ten tracks, the Nyctibius score unfolds as a slow descent into unease. What begins in contemplative calm—like the vision of an innocent landscape—gradually fractures into something darker, as tension tightens like an invisible hand.
Strings stretch like exposed nerves, electric pianos drip cold, and metallic reverberations suggest unseen presences. At key moments, a Paraguayan zither cuts through the haze, marking sudden emotional surges.
By the end, everything collapses: the music no longer merely underscores mystery and terror—it embodies them, shifting from whisper to scream and leaving the listener no way to look away.
